Our Recruitment Process

We receive hundreds of applications for each role, so we use a structured process to give everyone a fair chance to shine. And we practice what we preach, we are huge fans of how technology can make our lives better, but only when it works for the individuals it serves, not against them. That’s why we’ve created an recruitment process based on scientific evidence of how to find people who can really excel and grow in the roles we recruit for.

How It Works

1. Application
Share your academic results and relevant work experience. If your grades don't tell the whole story, there's space to add context. Sometimes we have requirements that are hard to negotiate on, so do check these before applying.

2. Online Assessments
Two quick assessments (about 45 minutes total): cognitive ability tests and a personality questionnaire. Research shows these are among the best predictors of job performance, and they give you another way to show your potential beyond grades or your CV.

3. Video Interview
A brief video conversation where you'll answer questions about how you work and why you want to join us.

4. Final Interview
Our top candidates meet the team face-to-face for a structured interview and a short practical exercise related to the role.
