Rowan meets you where you are with personalised support. It combines the latest advancements in AI technology with evidence-based psychological support. Its main focus is to help you work through difficult thoughts and feelings through talking, much in the same way as you would with a therapist or counsellor. While many of the therapeutic exercises have a focus on wellbeing, such as mindfulness, improving sleep and breathwork, this is woven into conversations and is dependent on what you need in that moment.
Unlike ChatGPT, which provides generalised responses, Rowan uses fine-tuned AI that is specifically inspired by evidence based strategies.
